Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
Juminbukmi provides professional automotive repair and restoration services including turbocharger maintenance, transmission repair, wheel services, and vehicle restoration. All services are performed according to industry standards and applicable German regulations.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs.
3. Liability & Warranty
Juminbukmi warrants all work performed for 12 months from completion. We are not liable for damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or third-party interference. Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Provide accurate vehicle information and repair history
- Collect vehicles within 30 days of completion
- Vehicles stored beyond 30 days incur daily storage fees
5. Data Protection
We process personal and vehicle data solely for service delivery and invoicing purposes, compliant with GDPR and German data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Work orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. Changes to agreed services must be approved in writing. Cancellations after work has begun will be charged accordingly.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved under German law. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation before pursuing legal action.
